  • Identity Information: Name, National ID/Iqama number, Date of Birth.
  • Contact Information: Phone number, email address, physical address.
  • Financial Information: Bank account details, payment card details (processed securely via PCI-DSS compliant providers), transaction history, and credit profile data.
  • Technical Data: IP address, device type, browser type, and usage data on our platform.

3. How We Use Your Information

We process your data for the following purposes:

  • To provide the PayLater installment service.
  • To perform identity verification (KYC), credit risk assessments, and fraud prevention as required by SAMA.
  • To process payments and collect amounts owed to us.
  • To communicate with you regarding your account, updates, and customer support.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with:

  • Authorized credit bureaus (e.g., SIMAH) for assessing creditworthiness and reporting defaults.
  • Service providers and partners who assist us in operating our platform (e.g., SMS gateways, cloud hosting) under strict confidentiality agreements.
  • Regulatory bodies and law enforcement agencies when legally required to do so.

5. Data Security and Residency

All sensitive personal data and financial information is encrypted both in transit and at rest. In compliance with local regulations, primary user data is hosted locally within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
