1. Introduction

Welcome to KadiPay. These Terms of Service govern your use of the KadiPay platform, website, and associated services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. KadiPay operates under the regulations of the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA).

2. User Eligibility

To use KadiPay as a consumer, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of right and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
  • Be a resident of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with a valid National ID or Iqama.
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the checkout and verification process.

3. The PayLater Service

KadiPay provides a deferred payment service ("PayLater") allowing you to purchase automotive goods and services from our registered merchant partners and pay the purchase price in installments.

  • 0% Interest: We do not charge interest on your purchase balance.
  • Approval: Approval for use of the PayLater service is subject to KadiPay’s proprietary credit assessment and risk algorithms. We reserve the right to decline any transaction without providing specific justification.

4. Repayment and Missed Payments

You agree to make all scheduled payments according to the installment plan presented to you at checkout.

  • If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the transaction.
  • In the event of continued non-payment, KadiPay reserves the right to apply capped late fees as permitted by SAMA regulations.
  • Prolonged default may result in the suspension of your KadiPay account and reporting to authorized credit bureaus (e.g., SIMAH).

5. Merchant Disputes

KadiPay is a payment processor and financier. Any disputes regarding the quality, suitability, or warranty of the automotive goods or services purchased must be resolved directly with the merchant. KadiPay is not liable for merchant fault.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
